Adaptive Yoga: A Space to Move, Breathe & Be

Yoga isn’t about making a particular shape with your body. It’s about connecting with yourself.

This inclusive yoga experience is designed for children with disabilities and higher support needs, offering a welcoming space to explore the mind-body connection through gentle movement, breathwork, sensory experiences, relaxation, and mindfulness.

Together, we’ll explore ways to slow down, connect with our breath, regulate our nervous systems, and practice resting. We’ll offer movements, activities, and tools to support each child’s experience, but there is no right or wrong way to participate.

Your child’s yoga practice is their own. They are welcome to sit, stand, move, rock, stretch, watch, listen, or rest. Our goal isn’t to make everyone do the same thing. It’s to create opportunities for each child to connect with their body in ways that feel accessible and meaningful to them.

Come exactly as you are. You belong here.
